Celebrate Green Monday, traditionally known as “Kathara Deutera”, at Aphrodite Hills Resort.

Dear Property Owners,

It has come to our attention that forestry trees within the Aphrodite Hills Resort area have been illegally cut by unknown individuals. As a community, we strongly oppose such actions and want to make it absolutely clear that Aphrodite Hills Resort does not condone, support, or authorize any activity of this nature.

We would also like to remind all property owners that forestry plants and trees are protected by law. Cutting, removing, or interfering with them is strictly prohibited, even within the boundaries of your own property. Any such action requires an official license issued by the Forestry Department.
Aphrodite Hills Resort is here to ensure that all relevant laws are respected and enforced. If you are unsure whether a tree or plant on your property is protected, our team is available to assist you in identifying forestry species and advising whether they fall under legal protection.
To help safeguard our environment and preserve the natural beauty of the resort, we kindly ask for your cooperation. If you notice anyone cutting trees or engaging in suspicious activity, please contact our security team immediately. Your vigilance is essential.

Aphrodite Hills Resort Management

Dear Neighbours,

On 17 January, a complaint was raised regarding the digital screen at the entrance to Aphrodite Hills being too bright and distracting drivers at night. Residents discussed the issue and voted in the community chat, after which a request was sent to the President of AHRA to forward the residents’ concerns to the resort management.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue was resolved on 21 January.

Kouklia Health Centre

Following the concerted efforts of the President and the members of Kouklia Community Council, we are pleased to announce the commencement of operations at the Kouklia Health Centre.
In collaboration with the Medical Association and its President, Mr. Christos Georgiadis, whom we sincerely thank, the following services will be provided at the community clinic:

- Blood tests by MEDICARE every Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Nutritional consultations by Mrs. Iris Rousou, who will see patients by appointment every second Saturday, between 9:30 and 13:00 (tel. 99617848). She will address issues related to Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, heart conditions, hormonal disor-ders, and obesity.
- Medical care from the personal physician, Mr. Avraam Tsavdaroglou, every Wednesday, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On behalf of the Kouklia Community Council, we extend our sincere gratitude to MEDICARE, the nutritionist Mrs. Iris Rousou, and the physician Mr. Avraam Tsavdaroglou.

Dear residents,

AHRA AGM approved annual membership fees for 2024 at 100 Euro per property.

The "Village membership" is 50 Euro per property on the basis that a village joins as a whole. In 2024 Village membership has so far been paid by the Alexander Heights on behalf of its residents.

For the residents of other villages the fee is 100 Euro unless the whole village decides to join. In that case if you already paid your 2024 membership fee you will be fully reimbursed.

AHRA's bank account details are attached. Please pay the fee ASAP. We have a lot of work ahead and we need to make sure that the newly elected Kouklia Council starts paying attention and doing works at Aphrodite Hills as they promised.

Together we can make our resort better!

Kouklia 2024 election results

"Dear residents of Aphrodite Hills,

as you all know on Sunday, June 9th the municipal elections took place in Kouklia where the President (Mukhtaris) and eight members of the Kouklia Council were elected to the office for the next five years. The voting ended at 6 pm. and then the votes were counted until 11 pm. which I personally witnessed (see photo). There were large crowds of people at the Kouklia primary school awaiting the results.
The new Mukhtaris of Kouklia is a young and energetic businessman Chris Kaizer with whom AHRA and AH Management had meetings prior to the elections and discussed the issues related to the resort.
As you also know we wanted to have a voice in the Kouklia Council which previously almost neglected the needs of Aphrodite Hills. Our candidate was Mr. Zenon. Please see his message below.
Aphrodite Hills residents have had a unique chance of voting a resort resident into the Council to protect their rights, but we seemed to fail to do so. We had enough registered voters to have Mr. Zenon elected but some probably decided not to go to Kouklia to cast their votes or voted for someone else. Needless to say how personally disappointed I am as the Chairman of the Association and how often AHRA has been asking members and residents not to be indifferent.
I would like to give you one famous quote: "Do not be afraid of friends - in the worst case, they can betray you. Do not be afraid of enemies - in the worst case, they can kill you. Fear the indifferent, for it is with their tacit consent that all the lowest crimes are committed on earth." Julius Fucik, Czech journalist executed by the N***s.
Aphrodite Hills is our home and how good or bad this home is maintained is 90% dependent on us, the residents, and on our commitment to the resort."
