Last week, we hosted our 3rd Coaching and Mentoring Conference, a day that reminded us why this profession matters, especially in a world that keeps shifting around us.

What stood out was not only the content, but the collective commitment behind it.

Our Board of Directors Georgia Stylianidou, Kypros Ioannou, Vaso Vardaki Marilena Shakalli Maroudia, and Elena Michael worked together to create a space where learning, reflection, and professional integrity could meet.

Our speakers brought that vision to life: Jane Adshead-Grant, Rebecca Rutschmann Aga Bajer Dr. Colm Murphy, Tania Hodgkinson and Naysan Firoozmand, Thank you for your contribution and the added value on our conference.

Oh, and of course not to forget our special guest from "Ntia the HR stories" show and the Comedian Elias the moustache for bringing an unexpected moment of laughs to all of us.
