🥳🤩 As part of the HANDS TOGETHER Erasmus+ KA2 Transnational Training Mobility hosted in Cyprus, project partners had the opportunity to visit the Ayios Dometios Multipurpose Center and gain valuable insight into its important work within the local community.
This visit was particularly meaningful, as the Πολυδύναμο Κέντρο Αγίου Δομετίου and Emphasys Centre have enjoyed a long-standing and successful collaboration over the years. This strong partnership is precisely why we chose to include the center as part of the mobility programme and introduce our international guests to its valuable work and impact on the local community.
During the visit, consortium members were given a guided tour of the center's facilities and learned about the wide range of services and activities it offers to support elderly community members. Participants also had the chance to observe live music and gym classes taking place, providing a firsthand look at the center's vibrant and inclusive environment. 🎼💪
😍 The visit offered an inspiring example of how community-based initiatives can promote social inclusion, active participation, wellbeing, and lifelong learning—values that strongly align with the objectives of the Hands Together Project.
