As part of Curaçao Museum Week, visitors gathered at NAAM for the screening of Su Solo ta Grandi, a documentary exploring the life and work of Elis Juliana. The evening opened with music by Sorandy St. Jacobs and continued with a panel discussion featuring Rose Mary Allen, Sorandy St. Jacobs, and Alexine Gabriela.
Together, they reflected on the lasting impact of Elis Juliana’s work, the importance of cultural heritage, and how knowledge is passed from one generation to the next.
