Association Mi (We) is a non-governmental, non-political, non profit, non-sectarian organizations from the Republic of Serbia based in the town of Pancevo, which was founded in 2011 by a group of friends who had a need for social action and expression outside the political structure. The practical effect of the organization refers to the linking of public authorities and the needs of the citizenry

regarding the living environment and social interaction with the preponderance of visible results in a material world. Unlike many organizations in our region who are trying to educate citizens on how to think, our organization wants to show the personal example of how citizens should work and exercise their rights and needs of the living space.
