🚀 From Startup Innovation to Large Clients – B2B Digital Marketing Models

How do startups actually win large B2B clients?
Join us for an interactive, hands-on workshop where theory meets real business practice 👇
📍 Organized by CPME – Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka (UNIBL), within the USE IPM project
💡 Using a real case study of DevStudio Ltd. Banja Luka, participants will learn how to:
✔️ Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
✔️ Build a compelling value proposition (problem → solution → impact)
✔️ Map decision-makers (DMU) in target companies
✔️ Create focused target lists (10–15 companies)
✔️ Craft effective outreach (LinkedIn + email + follow-ups)
✔️ Track KPIs and improve results iteratively

📍 U organizaciji CPME – Centra za projektni menadžment i preduzetništvo, Ekonomskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci (UNIBL), u okviru USE IPM projekta
💡 Kroz stvarni studij slučaja kompanije DevStudio d.o.o. Banja Luka, učesnici će naučiti kako da:
✔️ Definišu idealni profil kupca (ICP)
✔️ Kreiraju jasnu vrijednosnu ponudu (problem → rješenje → efekat)
✔️ Mapiraju donosioce odluka (DMU) u cilјnim kompanijama
✔️ Kreiraju fokusirane target liste (10–15 kompanija)
✔️ Osmisle efektivnu komunikaciju (LinkedIn + email + follow-up)
