Our goal is to establish contact with student-migrants that are currently in our country. We plan on holding discussions with them regarding their views on the migrant crisis, as well as the problems they face. Three weeks prior to the commencement of the debate/competition, an announcement shall be made to inform students where they can sign up in order to register their interest in participating in the debate. The (debating) teams shall be chosen by a panel/team of experts. The goal of this event/debate is to raise awareness in support of the rights of migrants. Poll/Survey: In cooperation with our colleagues at ELSA Hungary we plan on conducting a survey on the issue of migrants and the migrant crisis. The survey shall be a series of statements that those surveyed can answer with a number-scale. ELSA Belgrade will publish the results of the survey, and through graphic imagery show a comparison between the answers. The goal of this event is to research and determine the views of students on migrants’ rights and the global problem that is the migrant crisis.
