It was established in order to present designers creativity and skills in the country and throughout the world. In order to achieve this goal, a website www.arteesa.com, which promotes the work of designers/members of the association, is established. The web site provides space for each designer/member of the association where they can present their experience and products. In order to establish a
dequate standards special expert group has been established to evaluate and carefully select products in close cooperation with designers and to promote development idea of each product. In addition to designer’s promotion, an additional attention is paid to their education and adoption of new techniques and ideas. So far, several workshops were held where designers acquired new techniques and skills. On these workshops many young designers for the first time worked with new materials like silver, silver wire, semiprecious stones, leather, polymer clay, etc. In order to promote creative work of our designers we plan to organize several exhibitions of hand-made jewellery and accessories throughout our country and the region. One of strategic objective of ARTEESA is participation on international fairs and exhibitions of handicrafts and hand-made jewelry. Moreover, a considerable attention is paid to cooperation with other associations and institutions in this area. ARTEESA has been privileged to have, among its members, certified silver clay instructors that will introduce this amazing material and all its possibilities to the students. Beside this, our association is also a hub of information where its members will be able to get information on current prices of raw materials and thus independently or jointly purchase raw materials at affordable prices. Therefore, ARTEESA provides to its members all necessary support, so they could focus their attention on creation of wonderful products that will one day become a Serbian brand.
