SCL’s Petar Brinić has received the “Prof. Dr. Ljubomir Ćirković” Foundation Award for the best MSc thesis defended at the Faculty of Physics, University of Belgrade, during the 2024/2025 academic year.
His MSc thesis, “OQCET: Open Quantum Cluster Embedding Theory”, was completed at SCL under the supervision of Jakša Vučičević. Petar will continue his PhD studies at SCL, also under the supervision of Jakša Vučičević.

The award was presented on 27 January 2026, on the occasion of the Faculty’s Saint Sava Day celebration.
