Our Story

Anti-Drugs Association (ADA) was founded on September 9th, 2001 with 15 founder members, which were young people from different local communities and different profession (student, medical, social, law, police, worker). Organization has many members in Serbia, Western Balkans and World. Organization structure of Anti-Drugs Association is that this NGO has Operations Branch in Belgrade, and Field Operations Units in other cities and towns.

Principle activities of Anti-Drugs Association are: campaigns, trainings, public and civic education programs, publishing, prevention work, research, counseling, law regulation initiatives, and public information work about drug abuse, other dependence diseases, HIV/AIDS, drug related crime prevention, promotion and protection of the rights of the child, over children, adolescents and people, without consideration on gender, national, religious or other qualification.
