Over the last 5 years, BELGRADE ART STUDIO has grown to become one of the largest international artists’ and writers’ residency program in Serbia. Our mission is to nurture the arts by offering creative individuals of the highest talent an inspiring environment in which they can produce enduring works of the imagination. Our RESIDENCY aims to contribute in a significant manner to the cultural and artistic development of Belgrade. Artists will benefit from their exposure to an international public and it is hoped that the artist residency will serve as an open door to the world, a permanent invitation to engage in cultural exchange – we foster dialogue with the Belgrade communities through workshops, performances, exhibitions, Open Studio Days and more.
