Update – The Campaign Is Still Ongoing

The situation in Akobo County, Jonglei State, South Sudan has become extremely critical. Thousands of civilians, mainly women and children, fled their homes after a 72-hour evacuation order was issued ahead of a military operation.

Many families are now crossing the Akobo River into Ethiopia in search of safety, leaving behind their homes and belongings. The displacement continues as people fear violence and insecurity.

Our fundraising campaign is still ongoing to support the internally displaced families from Akobo who urgently need food, shelter, and basic humanitarian assistance. Please continue to support and share this campaign so we can reach more people in need.
