We work to ensure integrative medicine is a human right accessible to all.

With a dedicated team of professionals on the Costa Rican Caribbean coast, we offer free services to any community member in need of care, and without the resources to pay. Our services include but are not limited to educational workshops, community classes, and one on one sessions for nutrition, massage, yoga, pre and postnatal doula support, energy healing, and more. We combine learning from local healing wisdom with outside modalities to create a welcoming and healing space for those who need it. Mission

🌿 ¡Buscamos terapeutas y profesionales del bienestar! ✨

El próximo 15 de noviembre celebraremos la 3.ª edición del Día de Spa de Salud Para Todos Caribe, un evento para recaudar fondos y continuar ampliando el acceso a la salud y el bienestar en nuestra comunidad. 💚

Estamos buscando voluntarios que quieran compartir sus servicios de masaje, acupuntura, reiki, reflexología, tratamientos faciales, terapias corporales u otras prácticas de spa y bienestar.

Además de contribuir a una linda causa, es una oportunidad para compartir tu trabajo, conectar con nuevas personas y dar a conocer tu práctica en la comunidad. 🌿

On November 15th, we’ll be celebrating the 3rd Annual Spa Day by Salud Para Todos Caribe — a fundraising event that helps us continue expanding access to health and wellness in our community. 💚

We’re looking for volunteers who would like to share their services, such as massage, acupuncture, Reiki, reflexology, facial treatments, bodywork, or other spa and wellness practices.

Beyond supporting a meaningful cause, it’s also a wonderful opportunity to share your work, connect with new people, and introduce your practice to the community. 🌿

This December, we're welcoming a small group to Costa Rica's South Caribbean coast for eight days of hands-on service: working alongside our team in community clinics, and learning from the traditional knowledge that's been passed down here for generations.

This Thursday, we shared a beautiful day of community care. 🌿💚

20 people received integrative health services, including massage therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who generously shared their time, skills, and care to make this day possible. 🤲

And thank you to everyone who joined us and trusted us with their well-being.

Together, we continue creating greater access to integrative healthcare in our community. ✨

💚 Community mental health care saves lives.

This September 10, World Su***de Prevention Day, we want to talk not only about crisis, but also about everything we can build to help prevent it.

In Talamanca, consistent access to mental health services remains limited, especially for young people and teens.

At Salud Para Todos Caribe, we want to help build a community where people can find care, connection, and support before they reach a crisis.

Our vision is to expand access to psychological care, have a part-time psychologist serving our community, create regular support groups for teens, and listen directly to young people and families so we can develop services that truly respond to their needs.

To make this possible, we need something essential: consistency.

That’s why today we’re inviting you to join our community of monthly donors.

$10, $25, $50, or whatever amount you can contribute each month helps us build services our community can rely on throughout the year. 🌱

Este martes cerramos otra jornada de Día de Consulta en Salud para Todos Caribe 🩺✨

Gracias a 6 voluntarios que pusieron tiempo y ganas, pudimos atender a 14 personas de la comunidad con sesiones de medicina general, masajes, acupuntura y reiki.

Así se construye salud comunitaria: entre todos, un paciente a la vez 🤝

This December, we're heading back to Costa Rica's South Caribbean coast for our Global Health Service Learning Program — eight days working alongside Indigenous, migrant, and Afro-descendant communities, learning from the healers and educators who've been doing this work for generations.

No matter your discipline — MD, NP, acupuncture, herbalism, PT, massage, public health, or just a deep commitment to health equity — there's a place for you on this trip.
