Coco Cares is a community outreach program in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica focused on feeding the homeless, hungry and supporting the children through local programs We collect food, clothing and monetary donations to distribute where needed.

☀️🏝A beautiful day in Playas del Coco where we served 25 meals to the homeless and hungry.

🍛Gallo Pinto with eggs , salchicha , crackers and homemade brownies.
A huge thank you to everyone who donates , cooks and shows up to help serve 🙏🏻

📝We have a rotating menu that we generally go by and have items from the list donated on a regular basis to help support this cause.

Today we served Arroz con Pollo with fruit and bottles of water in Coco to the homeless and hungry.
We are grateful to all the volunteers and donors who helped us in this outreach program 🙏🏻

It was a beautiful morning by the beach in Playas del Coco where we were able to hand out 21 sandwich meals to the homeless and hungry 🙏🏻 so grateful for my team 🙌

Today we packaged meals of :
Gallo Pinto , eggs , watermelon cups and bottles of water and served 25 people between Playas Del Coco and Ocotal Rd “triangle “
We then took it a step further and passed out several Happy Meals around Liberia

It’s more than sharing a meal , it’s sharing a smile , it’s sharing love , sharing acts of kindness 💫❤️

We deliver food every Monday at the park of Playas del Coco, feeding the homeless and hungry , nourishing one person at a time. Each meal delivered with love and excepted with smiles 😌

We are a group of like minded people who come together to give back anyway we can in the community we now call home. We started this program in May of 2025 and have gained many volunteers and supporters. On Mondays at 10am we meet in Playas del Coco at the beach to hand out meals to the homeless and hungry.
