Til He Returns THR is a non-profit organization based in Costa Rica that works with at risk youth and families to offer hope and practical tools for a new future.

Til He Returns is a 501(c)3 international non-profit organization that launched it’s first location in the inner city of downtown San Jose, Costa Rica and is breaking cycles of poverty, both material and spiritual, by surrounding at-risk individuals with a safe and loving community of support through our arts & educational programs. We provide counseling programs for them to pursue restoration and

renew their hope for a future. Lastly, through our economic empowerment programs we offer a variety of resources along with the skills training necessary to establish a sustainable life for generations to come.
