The Cloudbridge Reserve Project aims to preserve and reforest an important gap in the cloud forest adjoining the Chirripó Pacifico river on the slopes of Mt Chirripó, the highest mountain in Costa Rica.

Meet the Mexican Hairy Dwarf Porcupine (Coendou mexicanus)!

Despite those impressive quills, this little climber spends much of its time high in the trees, using its strong claws and prehensile tail to navigate the forest canopy.

Hola, mi nombre es Marcela soy estudiante de Gestión Empresarial del turismo sostenible en la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. Estaré en cloudbridge por 10 semanas realizando un proyecto para identificar la viabilidad de implementación de senderos accesibles.

Como parte de mi investigación estaré trabajando con las normas de accesibilidad turística de Costa Rica, para definir los senderos viables a mejorar.

Realmente disfruto mi estadía en cloudbridge, conocer y hacer amigos de diferentes países, ha sido una gran experiencia, además de tener la oportunidad de día a díamejorar mi inglés.

Una de mis cosas favoritas de la reserva es el clima, el clima fresco y las tardes nubladas me recuerdan a mi hogar en Guanacaste.
