We will be opening a Mercado and offering Sacred Wares, Crafts & Clothing from around the world & nourishment will be served at the Yacu Cafe. Enjoy a swim in the refreshing Yacumama Waterfalls in between sessions.

We are completing our Kauyumari Prayers and excited to be offering our community another opportunity to meet our Wixárika Family.

Within the vision of our Cultural Center exists the many years of care and commitment in establishing Relationships of trust, reciprocity and familial bond with various Indigenous Cultures - the elders, their families and their vision for the future.

CULTURA is our contribution to the Inter-Cultural Weaving of uniting our Indigenous teachers with our Boruca relatives - honoring the land of Tap Be Ki for welcoming their walks and works here at Yacumama.

Join us tomorrow Sunday, Feb 1 for a cultural convergence with the Boruca and Wixárika from the Sierra Madre of Mexico 🌵

A Quiet Ritual of Listening 🍃

Water follows gravity, leaves open in their own time, and presence becomes the teacher.

We gather in ceremony with tea, to return to simplicity, where we remember how to sit inside the moment, awake, receptive and alive - sip by sip, breath by breath.

Ape Chimba’s beloved, Kiki will be serving a rare wild living tea from old-grown tea trees. Each bowl deepens the experience, inviting softness and quiet remembering of our place within nature.

Journey through the Somatics of Expressive Arts 🌊

Let’s use your artistic gift to create the story you know you are here to tell the world.

Through powerful play, movement, dance, voice, and somatic exploration, we will unlock patterns, release emotional knots, and reconnect with our inner child.

This is a guided workshop to integrate the expression of body, humanity, creativity and the deep revelations currently present in our lives.

Ape Chimba’s sister, Marika will be sharing an immersive workshop as a continuation of The Inner Pilgrimage Sound Journey and also as a Community Offering — OPEN TO ALL.
