Being rooted in Christ is not a spiritual platitude.
It is a survival strategy.
I have walked through things that should have taken me out. What kept me was not my strength. It was my roots.
The Word I’d put in me. The God I’d come to know. The community that wouldn’t let me go. The truth that outlasted the feeling.
You don’t build that in a crisis. You build it now, in the ordinary days. 💛
