She deserves stability, patience, and people who truly see her. So we reset. We love her. We keep going.

He escapes the garden like it’s his full-time job and heads straight to the coffee shop like he’s late for a board meeting. No shame. No leash. Just vibes.

At 18 years old, he has absolutely earned the right to do whatever he wants — and apparently that includes espresso dates with strangers.

We launched Tico Paws Project.

This is Carmen Miranda — one of our current fosters.
We focus on emergency puppy intake here in Costa Rica. The ones found in trash bags. The ones dumped. The ones no one planned for.

We’re small. We’re grassroots. We’re community-funded.
But we say yes when we can.

After 5 years working alongside Jaco Impact, I’ve seen how overwhelmed fosters are right now. There are simply more puppies than placements.

Tico Paws is not separate from that mission — it’s support. I receive puppies through Jaco and help carry the load when I can.
