Join our Full Moon Circle and partake in Cacao Ritual, Ecstatic Dance, and Sound Bath. Raquel will open the space sharing sacred cacao to center into our hearts, set our intention, and create a coherent container to express ourselves in ecstatic dance, then DJ Datura will set the soundscape for our free-form dance journey. Ecstatic dance offers an opportunity to move intuitively and tap into the natural joy of dance free from any unwanted elements. Once the dance winds down, the evening will close with a relaxing sound bath, a time to settle and recalibrate after whatever we may have moved or processed through our dancing. Please bring water and whatever you need to care for yourself and be comfortable.

Sessions start seated with a conversation to set intention, then Gaëlle may begin with guided breathing exercises and/or aromatherapy, which act as a physiological cue or invitation to enter into a state of serenity. Accepting this invitation and allowing yourself to lie down comfortably, you will experience the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, Koshi chimes, and various other instruments whose frequencies encourage the nervous system into the parasympathetic mode for deep rest and recovery. The experience of these sounds is pleasant and soothing, and they resonate on a primal level restoring coherence in the body’s rhythms. While different thoughts or emotions may arise during the session, once the work is complete you may feel incredibly relaxed, at ease, centered, and calm.
