Our Story
We travelled the world and volunteered at many projects. Now we have settled in Colombia in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, close to the Caribbean Sea. We have started a permaculture farm that is open to volunteers and fellow travelers to come and experience what this territory has to offer. We grow over 20 species of fruit and have main crops of Yuca and Maize (corn). We are a community of international people that share a common goal of learning to live in a sustainable way using Permaculture.
Our farm also hosts our school, Love Grows, where Russell teaches courses in Permaculture and Sandrine courses in self development. Both courses are very complimentary, and helping us all make a better world.
The farm is situated 250m above sea level at the base of the mountain range, the territory is protected by the local indigenous tribe named the Kogui. We aim to live in harmony with our neighbors by respecting their culture and values. The Kogui live in harmony with nature and have significant Permaculture ways about their lifestyles and farming methods.
Get in touch if you would like to experience this adventure with us. Thanks Russ, Sandrine Prunelle and Lili
