We are a group of experts in various fields committed to integrate solutions for the conservation of our planet with local, sustainable development. We started Environomica because we witnessed that neither traditional NGOs nor international agencies or governments had been able to provide solutions that could satisfy the needs of both people and the planet. Our expertise encompasses land and natu
ral resource management, especially focusing on forest and water conservation, small-scale agriculture and social entrepreneurship. Since 2014, Environomica Moçambique supports a partnership for Sustainable Agroforestry (S.A.M.) as well as a partnership for household-based Organic Cotton chain of production in Mozambique (O.C.I.M.). Since 2015, Environomica Colombia works for the establishment of two additional partnerships for Sustainable Montane Paramo Ecotourism (S.M.E.C.) and for Sustainable Livelihoods and Forest Ecosystem Conservation in the Buritaca river basin in Colombia (S.F.E.C.).
