“Education is the greatest act of solidarity.”

In Colombia, 7.2 million children and adolescents live in monetary poverty, and nearly 18% live in extreme poverty.

This means millions of families struggle to cover basic needs, including education.

UNICEF reports that 4.2 million children urgently need humanitarian assistance, often due to extreme poverty, forced displacement, and lack of income to afford essentials like school supplies and learning materials.

A 2022 study found that the cost of school supplies can equal 89% to more than 100% of a family’s monthly income, making it impossible for many children to stay in school.

In rural and conflict-affected areas, many children are raised by grandparents or other relatives who do everything they can, but lack the resources to support their education.

This year, we will be celebrating Christmas on December 21st in La Ceja, Antioquia. We need your support to bring joy, hope, and encouragement to our community. We hope to provide meals for more than 130 people in one of the most vulnerable neighborhoods and with your generosity, we can make this possible.

During this celebration, we will be sharing the Word of God and encouraging those who need their spirits lifted, bringing comfort and strength to families facing difficult times.

Our goal is to bring “grocery baskets" for families who need them most and to bring Christmas gifts for the children, so they can experience the joy and love of the season.

Your support—big or small—makes a meaningful difference.
Thank you for helping us bring hope, nourishment, and God’s love to our community this Christmas.

Cuando pensamos en continuar nuestra labor y crecer como Fundación, buscamos
un lugar que nos permitiera estar más cerca de las comunidades, generar impacto y
ofrecer espacios seguros y acogedores para mujeres y jóvenes vulnerables.

🌿 La Ceja nos abrió esa oportunidad: un municipio con gran sentido de comunidad,
accesibilidad y potencial de desarrollo social, donde podemos fortalecer nuestros
programas y acompañar a quienes más lo necesitan.

🙏 Además, nuestra labor es liderada por los Pastores de la Iglesia Comunidad
Avivamiento La Ceja, quienes guían nuestra misión y nos inspiran a seguir trabajando
con amor y compromiso.

As we planned to continue our work and grow as a Foundation, we sought a place
that would allow us to be closer to communities, make a real impact, and provide safe
and welcoming spaces for vulnerable women and youth.

🌿 La Ceja gave us that opportunity: a town with a strong sense of community,
accessibility, and social development potential, where we can strengthen our
programs and support those who need it most.

🙏 Additionally, our work is led by the Pastors of Iglesia Comunidad Avivamiento La
Ceja, who guide our mission and inspire us to continue working with love and
commitment.

🤝 Here, in our new headquarters, we continue pursuing our purpose: transformation
with love, empowering vulnerable women and youth, and building together a future
full of opportunities and hope.
