Assistance and advice kind request.
Dear Sir, Madam.
Please allow me to introduce the incredible project we are building in the Colombian city of Cucuta on the Venezuelan border.
We- myself and my associates are helping the elderly community of over 100 people - which the community lives without any social help nor family and support makes every day a challenge
The average age of those people varies in between 65-85 years old.
Last year I and a group of young people from Cucuta funded food packs, but we can do more with you. Every centavo raised – will make a significant change to their livelihood
Cucuta has an average temperature of 31 Celsius - you can only imagine inhuman and inhabitable conditions under the roofs made in a mix of asbestos/ plastic and metal sheet in the walls made of hardboard: shelters they live in there day to day.
We would like to erect a social building where they will be able to meet and socialise at the very mature stage of such difficult life - this is the main goal of the Association "Manuel Suarez" for elderly people and its chairman Cipriano.
