Pineapple
It is useful thanks to the vitamins C and group B, manganese and potassium, which strengthen immunity, improve the brain and remove excess fluid. Its use helps to strengthen the cardiovascular system, the prevention of heart attacks and strokes, improves digestion and metabolism, and also contains melatonin to improve sleep.
