Advancing global gender equity through the power of music and technology✨ Our entire model is built off of power-sharing, partnership, and community building.

Beats By Girlz is the promise of a future - one where traditionally marginalized gender identities are able to visualize and realize their full potential. We do this important work by giving them access to the tools, resources, education, and community necessary to foster growth. Music is the skeleton key we use to open the door to technology parity and justice, not only in the music industry but

in all tech-related fields where women+ are underrepresented. We are a decentralized and non-hierarchical global organization that supports and works in tandem with our member chapters all over the world. We empower and collaborate with regional leadership to understand and identify the needs of their respective communities by meeting them where they're at and expanding/contracting to appropriately serve them. Founded in 2013 by Erin Barra, Director of Popular Music at Arizona State University and former Associate Professor at the Berklee College of Music, Beats By Girlz now has over 25 chapters across the world which represent 15 countries across 4 continents. WMN Sessions Fort Wayne feat. Rozzi is coming up August 16-18th, and it's made possible by two powerhouse partners. Here's what they're bringing to the table 🌟

Sweetwater Studios is opening its doors for three days of world-class recording, with access to top-tier gear and a direct connection to the local industry. 🎚️ Roland is equipping the session with everything creators need, plus the credibility of one of music tech's most iconic names behind this initiative. 🎹

Together, they're making sure that when 20 producers and songwriters walk into that room on August 16th, everything they need to create is already there. ✨

Por primera vez en Madrid, We Make Noise, Sony Music Publishing - Spain, Sony Music Spain y unen fuerzas para ofrecer una residencia artística diseñada para impulsar el desarrollo creativo de artistas, productoras y compositoras musicales.

La persona seleccionada accederá a:

• 4 días de residencia artística en 5020 Studios Madrid
• Tiempo de estudio totalmente financiado
• Acceso a equipamiento e infraestructura profesional
• Acompañamiento creativo y asesoría profesional

Además, dos finalistas disfrutarán de una jornada de residencia artística y asesoría profesional en 5020 Studios.

What does erotic justice sound like? 🌟 Join .club - multidisciplinary artist, music producer, and cultural strategist from Coatzacoalcos, Mexico - for an experiential three-part mini course exploring pleasure, voice, and listening as tools for sound creation. Through guided exercises, you'll work with improvisation and collective composition to create small sound pieces, while reflecting on how pleasure, safety, and trust can shape creative processes 🖤
