“El peligro no es una máquina consciente. El peligro es un pueblo sin conciencia con un gran poder en las manos.”
Así lo dicen las autoridades del pueblo Kággaba, conocido como Kogui, en un mensaje urgente sobre la inteligencia artificial escrito desde Gonawindua, la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Fue escrito para ser presentado al Rey Carlos III en su encuentro con líderes de la IA. No vienen en oposición. Vienen con preguntas:
- ¿Qué valores humanos estamos poniendo dentro de la IA?
- ¿Tener acceso a la información es lo mismo que comprender?
- “¿Quién está decidiendo esto?”
Nos recuerdan que la IA tiene un cuerpo hecho de minerales, agua, energía y tierra, y que ese cuerpo vive en los territorios.
“No todo lo que se puede crear se debe crear.”

It was written to be presented to King Charles III at his meeting with AI leaders. They do not come in opposition. They come with questions:
- Which human values are we placing inside AI?
- Is having access to information the same as understanding?
- “Who is deciding this?”
They remind us that AI has a body made of minerals, water, energy and land, and that this body lives in territories.
“Not everything that can be created should be created.”
