新濠一直致力支持澳門特區政府紮實推進經濟適度多元發展。為進一步鞏固澳門作為「演藝之都」的地位，「新濠博亞娛樂呈獻：《朱蕾雅與澳門樂團》」日前假澳門文化中心綜合劇院隆重呈獻。年僅19歲的天才小提琴新秀朱蕾雅首次澳門公演🎻在澳門樂團音樂總監兼首席指揮廖國敏親自執棒下，聯手樂團演繹西貝流士的《D小調小提琴協奏曲》。朱蕾雅榮獲2025年度「德國古典音樂大獎」之「年度青年藝術家」，被譽為最具潛力的新生代小提琴家之一，她自四歲起已於全球超過20個國家演出🌍。
此外，為發揮澳門作為文化交流平台的重要窗口，新濠翌日於新濠影滙合辦《朱蕾雅交流見面會》分享環節以培育本澳青年人才，讓社區有難得機會近距離與朱蕾雅以及廖國敏進行深入互動🤝。新濠亦攜手其社區合作夥伴，包括澳門演藝學院音樂學校、聖庇護十世音樂學院、聖公會星願居及澳門自閉症協會，邀請約120名本地音樂學生、社區人士及新濠親子義工再次欣賞朱蕾雅充滿魅力的演奏。活動上，這位國際小提琴新銳亦向現場觀眾分享其於國際舞台演出的啟發及寶貴心得。

【Melco cultivates youth talent at “Leia Zhu and Macao Orchestra” events 👍】

Melco has been dedicated to supporting the Macao SAR Government in advancing moderate economic diversification. To reinforce Macao’s status as a “City of Performing Arts”, Melco Resorts & Entertainment Presents: “Leia Zhu and Macao Orchestra”, featuring 19-year-old violin prodigy Leia Zhu’s Macao debut 🎻, recently took place at the Macao Cultural Centre Grand Auditorium. Under the baton of Lio Kuokman, Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Macao Orchestra, Zhu joined forces with the Orchestra to deliver a breathtaking performance of Sibelius' Violin Concerto in D minor. As winner of the Young Talent of the Year at the 2025 Opus Klassik Award in Germany, Zhu is widely regarded as one of the most promising young violinists of her generation. She has been performing since the age of four and has toured over 20 countries🌍.
Leveraging Macao’s role as an important window for cultural exchange and mutual learning, Melco further hosted a “meet the musicians” event to cultivate young local talent, providing an opportunity for the community to meet with Leia Zhu and Lio Kuokman🤝. Melco extended invitations to the community through partners including The School of Music of Macao Conservatory, Academia de Música São Pio X, Sheng Kung Hui Astor Shore, and Macau Autism Association. Approximately 120 attendees joined the event, including local music students, community members, as well as Melco parent-child volunteers, who enjoyed and experienced Zhu’s charismatic music playing once more at the dedicated session. At the event, Zhu shared her inspiration and invaluable insights about performing on the international stage with audience members.

新濠一直致力推動全人發展，培育新一代餐飲人才，並透過國際交流及合作，進一步鞏固澳門作為「聯合國教科文組織創意城市美食之都」的地位👍。公司日前派出澳門新濠鋒奧羅拉餐廳行政總廚兼獲選參與「2026青年廚師計劃」的廚師 Safa Rodas 參與於泰國舉行的「Songkhla Gastronomy Week 2026」。

Chef Safa於6月6日參與國際論壇🎤「Can Food Shape a Better City?」，與來自世界各地的廚師、餐飲專業人士及業界領袖共同探討美食文化如何促進可持續發展、促進文化傳承以及提升社區福祉。Chef Safa翌日參與社區工作坊「From Community Food to Global Plate」，與Tasspun Bake Shop的Mae Rat攜手合作🤝，重新詮釋以米製成的宋卡傳統小吃Tom Samliam (ต้มสามเหลี่ยม)🍚，探索如何向更廣泛的受眾傳遞當地飲食文化故事。同日，Chef Safa亦參與了「Towards WFF Young Chefs Programme in Songkhla」分享環節，讓與會者深入了解「青年廚師計劃」的運作模式及其為年輕餐飲專業人才提供的發展機遇，並探討如何在宋卡推動此類計劃，培育新生代餐飲人才🧑‍🍳。

Highlighting Melco’s commitment to promoting Whole Person Development, empowering culinary talent, and strengthening Macau’s role as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy through meaningful international exchange and collaboration👍, the Company was pleased to support Chef Safa Rodas, Executive Chef of Aurora, Altira Macau, and member of the 2026 Young Chefs Programmme (YCP) cohort, in her participation in Songkhla Gastronomy Week 2026, Thailand.

On June 6, Chef Safa took part in the event’s international forum 🎤, “Can Food Shape a Better City?”, sharing insights alongside fellow chefs, food professionals, and thought leaders on how gastronomy can contribute to sustainable development, cultural identity, and community wellbeing. On June 7, Chef Safa participated in the community workshop, “From Community Food to Global Plate”, where she collaborated🤝 with Mae Rat of Tasspun Bake Shop to reimagine “Tom Samliam” (ต้มสามเหลี่ยม) 🍚, a traditional Songkhla rice-based snack, while exploring ways to bring local food stories to broader audiences. 【Melco supports Inclusion Conference & Festival❤️ and Macau Golf Masters⛳】

Melco continued its support for the 2026 INCLUSION Conference & Festival and Macau Golf Masters, two globally renowned events celebrating diversity and inclusion　organized by the Charity Association of Macau Business Readers. Sponsored by Melco and We Can Dream Together Foundation🤝, the second day of the Inclusion Conference was hosted at the School of Nations. It featured a full day of thought leadership, dialogue and community-building focused on neurodiversity, inclusive education and family-centered care.

Furthermore, to support the worthwhile cause, Melco hosted attendees, athletes, team members, and families from both events at a prize-giving ceremony and dinner held at Studio City. Melco remains committed to promoting talent development and industry-academia integration, actively fostering university-enterprise exchange platforms to help nurture professionals with global perspectives for Macau’s cultural and tourism industry👍. Melco recently co-organized a dedicated exchange event with Macao University of Tourism (UTM) under the theme “Meet the Melco CEO – Mr. Lawrence Ho”, engaging with more than 200 faculty members and students on topics including cultural and tourism industry trends, talent development and youth career planning👔. During the event, Ms. Akiko Takahashi, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff to Chairman and CEO of Melco, shared Melco’s development journey, business portfolio and core brand strengths✅. This was followed by an in-depth exchange between Mr. Lawrence Ho, Chairman and CEO of Melco, and UTM Rector Dr. F***y Vong on cultural and tourism industry trends and high-calibre talent cultivation, alongside engaging interactions with participating students. 【Melco actively participates in DSAT X CPSP Traffic Safety Seminar】

Placing the safety, health and wellbeing of our colleagues, guests, partners and the public at the forefront👍, Melco is pleased to support and take part in the Traffic Safety Seminar🧑‍🏫 held earlier, which was jointly organized by the Transport Bureau (DSAT) and the Public Security Police Force (CPSP) for our transportation team, attracting around 60 participants.　The seminar covered key traffic regulations, important driving safety considerations and analysis of common traffic accident causes, with the aim of enhancing employees’ road safety awareness, safe driving practices and compliance mindset as public road users🚥. An interactive Q&A session was also arranged, providing participants with the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from the authorities and deepen their understanding of proper road safety practices, while working together to promote a safer traffic environment✅.

Melco announced the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report, titled “RISE to Go Above & Beyond”. The report outlines the Company’s significant developments💪 in environmental stewardship, community engagement, and transparent corporate governance. Since launching our RISE sustainability strategy in 2019, Melco has integrated sustainability into its core operations, treating it as an essential pillar of the business. Demonstrating a commitment to rigorous disclosure, the 2025 report adopts a double materiality assessment, ranking sustainability issues by their impact on Melco’s global value chain and influence on its enterprise value📈. The Company has integrated its Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) responses into the IFRS S2 framework, and achieved external verification✅ for all environmental data, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
