澳門中小型餐飲業商會於２００７年註冊，於２００８年６月１０日正式成立，本會會員均為澳門中小型餐飲業投資者。在創會會長周陳美儀女士，會長高偉先生以及理事會的領導下，全體會員共同努力，積極以行業發展為中心，致力打造本澳飲食文化，策劃飲食文化形象，經營飲食文化品牌，提昇本澳飲食業的市場知名度，促使本澳餐飲業享譽國內外。
