A "good" solder joint has 3 tells. Most people can't name one. 🔍

Watching one of our boards go through soldering right now — and it's a great excuse to talk about what actually separates a reliable PCB from a liability.

3 things we check on every joint:
1️⃣ Shiny & concave — a dull, ball-shaped joint means it cooled wrong (cold joint = future failure)
2️⃣ No bridges — one speck of solder between pads = a short you'll find on the road, not the bench
3️⃣ Fully wetted — the solder must bond to both the pad and the lead, not just sit on top
