🧠 What if the habit you're struggling to change is actually trying to give you something you need?

Ever promised yourself you'd stop procrastinating, break a bad habit, or change a limiting belief—only to find yourself repeating the same pattern? 🔄

In “Live N Step Reframe,” Adrian Cahill takes us through a practical NLP reframing process that encourages us to look beyond unwanted behaviours and explore the deeper intentions behind them.

💡 One powerful insight from Adrian: A belief that helped you get to where you are today might be the very thing holding you back from where you want to go.

During this interactive session, Adrian explores how to:

✨ Recognize limiting beliefs and repetitive behaviours.

✨ Explore the positive intention that may be hidden behind an unwanted habit.

✨ Discover alternative ways to meet your needs without repeating the same pattern.

✨ Use relaxation and self-awareness to explore new possibilities.

✨ Consider how a desired change could affect other areas of your life.

The biggest takeaway? Sometimes, meaningful change begins not by fighting an unwanted behaviour, but by understanding what purpose it serves—and finding a better way forward. 💜

What actually happens to your brain when you practice mindfulness? 🧠✨

Mindfulness is often associated with relaxation and “being present”—but there’s much more to the conversation when we look at it through the lens of science.

In this fascinating clip, Paula Zhou, MSc explores what research can reveal about mindfulness and the brain, helping us understand why this practice has attracted so much attention in psychology, neuroscience, wellbeing, and personal development.

Mindfulness isn't simply about escaping your thoughts. It can help us become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and habitual reactions—creating an opportunity to respond more intentionally rather than automatically. 🌱

And that's what makes the science behind it so interesting:

What we repeatedly practise may influence how we experience and respond to our inner and outer world.

Techniques can help us create change. But who are we becoming while we use them? 🌱

For Adrian Cahill, the exploration of human transformation goes beyond collecting more techniques.

As an NLP, Hypnosis and Coaching Instructor and Trainer, TEDx Speaker and Ta***ic Yoga Practitioner, Adrian brings together perspectives from change work, communication, embodiment, awareness and consciousness.

This Sunday, he invites us into a different kind of conversation:

“What practices actually develop the person through whom the work comes?”

🧠 NLP trains mind and communication.

💬 Coaching develops purposeful conversation and action.

🧘 Yoga develops body, attention and consciousness.

What becomes possible when these worlds meet?

🧠 What if the habit or belief you’re trying to change isn’t the real problem?

In “NStep Reframe NLP | Next Level Strategies for Mindset Mastery,” Adrian Cahill explores how NLP reframing can help us look beyond surface-level behaviours and discover the deeper purpose behind the patterns that keep repeating.

One of the most powerful ideas from the discussion: awareness creates choice. Instead of simply asking, “Why do I keep doing this?” Adrian encourages us to go deeper—exploring what purpose a behaviour or belief may be serving and what we actually want instead.

Because when you change the frame, you change the meaning—and potentially how you respond.

The NStep Reframe explores how to identify the present pattern, uncover its positive intention, and consider alternative ways to meet that intention without repeating the unwanted behaviour.

💡 Sometimes mindset mastery isn’t about fighting yourself harder. It starts with understanding yourself better.

What if trying harder isn’t the answer? 🧠

Sometimes, more effort simply reinforces the same pattern. In this insightful conversation, Nadezhda Rudenko explores why meaningful change may require something different—not pushing harder, but becoming aware of what needs to change in the first place. 🌱

Some life experiences don’t just challenge you—they can completely change the way you see life, love, relationships, and what truly matters. ❤️🩹

Kidnapping. Cancer. Moments where uncertainty becomes painfully real.

In this deeply personal conversation, Angelo Cast reflects on some of life’s harshest lessons and the perspectives that can emerge when we’re confronted with experiences we never imagined we would face.

We often spend so much of life worrying about what could go wrong, holding onto resentment, postponing important conversations, or assuming there will always be more time.

Then life reminds us just how precious that time really is.

Difficult experiences don’t need to be romanticized. But they can sometimes force us to reconsider our beliefs, priorities, relationships, and the way we choose to live moving forward. 🌱

Perhaps one of life’s hardest lessons is also one of its simplest:

Don’t wait for a crisis to appreciate what matters most.

🤔 What if making better decisions isn’t about thinking harder—but improving HOW you make them?

In “NLP in Everyday Life: How to Make Decisions in Everyday Life,” Chris Collingwood explores something we all face every day: choosing between options without becoming stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly second-guessing ourselves.

One important insight: the state you’re in when making a decision matters. A decision made when you’re calm and resourceful may feel very different when viewed later from a state of fear, stress, or uncertainty.

Chris shares a practical NLP approach: gather enough quality information, know your criteria, then consider each option one at a time. Imagine yourself having already chosen that option. What would you see? What would you tell yourself? How does it feel? Then repeat the process with the next option.

Instead of holding every possibility in your mind at once—which can create mixed feelings and overwhelm—separating the options can make the decision clearer.

💡 Chris also emphasizes using both our conscious and unconscious processes: consciously gather and organize good information, then pay attention to the deeper responses that emerge.

Are you living a life you simply like… or a life you truly love? ❤️

In this thought-provoking conversation, Jay Wessels invites us to look beyond simply being comfortable and ask whether the life we’re creating genuinely reflects what matters most to us.

⏸️ What if the most powerful thing you could do in a stressful moment… is pause?

In “The Power of Pause,” Paula Zhou explores how small, mindful moments can help us move from automatic reaction to conscious response.

We often spend so much time thinking, analyzing, planning, and reacting that we miss what is happening in the present moment. Paula reminds us that mindfulness isn’t about forcing away difficult thoughts or trying to be positive all the time. It’s about noticing what is here—without immediately judging it—and choosing how we respond next.

One of the most practical lessons from the session is learning to reconnect with the body. Stress, anger, and discomfort can show up as tight shoulders, tension, heat, or other sensations—often before we consciously recognize what is happening. The pause gives us an opportunity to notice before we react.

Paula also introduces 50/50 awareness: keeping some attention on your body—perhaps your breath or feet on the floor—while keeping the rest on the conversation, presentation, or task in front of you. It’s a simple practice for bringing yourself back to the present moment.

💡 Sometimes the shift we need isn’t about doing more. It’s creating enough space to notice, feel, and choose what comes next.

What if the knowledge that changed your life could become part of someone else’s breakthrough too? 🌱✨

There’s something powerful about learning, growing, and then choosing not to keep what you’ve discovered to yourself.

In this heartfelt conversation, Karina Lemire shares her perspective on giving back by sharing knowledge freely—allowing what she has learned through her own experiences to potentially support, encourage, and inspire others on their journey.

Because knowledge can become even more meaningful when it’s shared. 💛

A lesson that took you years to discover might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.

An experience you once struggled through might become a source of hope for another person.

And sometimes, giving back doesn’t require something extraordinary.

It can simply begin with sharing what you know.
