Our Story
On the 10th May 2017, a group of 6 watch enthusiasts were fortunate enough to meet through their shared passion of watch collecting.
Over the course of the night, an indulgence of the finest dry aged Wagyu beef and many single malts later, Shanghai Watch Gang was born with the aim of bringing similarly passionate watch enthusiasts together as a community.
Shanghai Watch Gang has come a long way since that initial GTG (get together). Welcoming all types of horological nerds – from those who have a deep appreciation of vintage to those who appreciate more avant-garde pieces; from the more modest collector to those who like a touch of extravagance. Each has their own unique watch journey, but all are united in their passion for all things horological, that only true watch lovers understand.
We welcome you to join the Shanghai Watch Gang. Whether you are a seasoned watch aficionado or simply have a genuine interest to learn more about watches, you will always be gladly received.
