由澳門旅遊學院旅遊會展及節目管理系二年級學生籌辦的「第四屆澳門慢食文化頒獎典禮及週年晚宴」及「第一屆澳門慢食文化博覽會2013」將於2013年11月29日於澳門旅遊學院舉行。
“The 4th Macau Slow Food Awards and Gala Dinner” and “The 1st Macau Slow Food Expo 2013”, organized by the current Year 2 Tourism Event Management students of the Institute for Tourism Studies, are going to be held on 29th November 2013.

慢食文化認為每個人都應享受到食物帶來的愉悅,以及必須負起保護環境這重任。而現今澳門本地的餐廳與餐飲供應商已齊心努力地堅持慢食文化的準
則-天然新鮮的食材、安全衛生的製作、公平的食物交易。為了回饋他們的努力,以及提高公眾對健康生活與正確飲食態度的意識,特此設立各獎項以茲鼓勵。最後,此次活動之所有收益在扣除所有營運開支後,將會撥捐本地慈善機構。
About us
Slow Food Culture believes that everyone deserves the pleasure of good food but meanwhile has to be responsible for the environment. Local restaurants and food and beverage suppliers have been done a great job in adhering to the Slow Food Principals —GOOD, CLEAN and FAIR. Therefore, to reward them for their efforts and raise people’s awareness of living a healthy life with the right attitude towards eating, the awards were set up. All the profit of the event will be donated to local charity after deducting necessary operational expenses
回顧
過去三年,澳門慢食文化頒獎典禮曾邀請超過200間本地餐廳及餐飲供應商參與我們的活動。去年,澳門慢食文化餐廳指南面世,其中介紹了48間優秀的本地餐廳。活動成功引起社會各界人士對慢食文化的關注,同時亦讓這些優秀的餐廳和供應商的知名度得到進一步的提升。嚴格遵守慢食文化理念的參與者將會被澳門慢食文化協會授予澳門最佳慢食餐廳的稱號。本地居民會被邀請至澳門旅遊學院之教學餐廳共同分享得獎者的喜悅並體味品嚐慢食文化的精髓。

In the past three years, The Macau Slow Food Awards had invited more than 200 local restaurants and food suppliers to participate in our events. The event successfully drew the attention of the public and spread Slow Food Culture to the local community, local restaurants & food and beverage suppliers involved in the events. Winners of The Macau Slow Food Awards were honored by the Macau Slow Food Association as the best Slow Food Restaurants in accordance with the philosophy of Slow Food. Local citizen were invited to experience the happiness of Slow Food in IFT’s Education Restaurant after the Awards Ceremony with elaborate performances.

今年的標語是“放慢節奏,品味生活"。目的是宣揚慢食文化和讓更多人參與這次的活動。這個標語是為了讓人們從忙碌的生活中找回他們忽略良久的最原始和最真摯的食物味道。現今的社會,人們每天都有許多工作,他們沒有足夠的時間來享受他們的膳食。在這種情況下,我們鼓勵人們放慢腳步,品嚐他們身邊可口的食物,讓他們擁有更健康和愉快的生活。
Slogan
The slogan of this year is “Slow Down, Taste Around”. Aiming to spread the Slow Food Culture and people involved in the movement, the slogan allows people to find the original and real flavor that they neglected in their hurried life. Nowadays, people are engaged in too many works and spend limited time enjoying their meal. In this case, we encourage people to slow down and taste the palatable food all around them, which will lead them to a healthy and delightful life.
