活動—「香港迪士尼歡樂之旅」
透過迪士尼樂園充滿接納與歡樂的環境，讓孩子們在友善支持中探索與遊戲，促進其感官、社交與情緒發展，同時也讓長期承擔照顧壓力的家庭，能在放鬆的氛圍中增進親子連結，並與其他家庭建立互助網絡。

對象 ：3歲-11歲有特殊需要之兒童及其2位家長

地點 ：香港迪士尼樂園
活動收費 ：$1,500 ( 兩位家屬+參加者 )，
額外一位3歲-11歲小童收取原價費用為 MOP$1,020，
額外一位11歲以上兒童或成人收取原價費用為 MOP$1,298。

Activity—”Hong Kong Disneyland Joyful Journey“
Through Disneyland‘s accepting and joyful environment, children can explore and play in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, promoting their sensory, social, and emotional development. At the same time, families under long-term caregiving pressure can relax and strengthen parent-child bonds in a laid-back setting while building a mutual support network with other families.

Target : Parents and 3 to 11 years old children with special needs
Dates and Times: 2026.4.12, ( Sunday ) 8:00-19:30
Location: Hong Kong Disneyland
Fee: MOP$1,500 (covers two family members + the participant).
An additional child aged 3 to 11 will be charged the original price of MOP$1,020.
An additional child aged above 11 or an adult will be charged the original price of MOP$1,298.

MCDC本年度最後一個康樂活動，快Ｄ黎參加啦～
邀請本地設計師合作為中心兒童設計聖誕節服飾，在聖誕節聚餐活動時穿著服飾進行走秀活動，讓社區人士認識SEN兒童並進行合作，促進社區共融。讓SEN兒童體驗走秀經驗，提升自信心。
MCDC invite local designers to collaborate on designing Christmas outfits for the children at the center. During the Christmas gathering event, the children will wear these outfits and participate in a fashion show. This activity aims to help community members learn about SEN children and foster cooperation, thereby promoting community integration. It also provides SEN children with the experience of walking the runway, helping to boost their self-confidence.

對象Target：2.5歲-14歲有特殊需要兒童及其2位家長 Parents and 2.5 to 14 years old child with special needs
名額Quota：20組家庭，20 families (本年度中心服務使用者優先)
