Huiling is a non-profit, non-government organization.The first Huiling was founded Guangzhou in February 1990,it's the first NGO of China which promotes the community service for mental disabilities who is more than 16 years old(Adults).For meeting different cities need of services for mental disabilities and families,we found other huiling in 13 cities,such as Hongkong,Beijing,
Xi'an,Shanghai,Ch
angsha,Chongqing,etc.And provides community services for more than 1200 adults intellectual disabilities by now.70% of the daily expenses depend the donation of society. Beijing Huiling was founded in March 2000,promoting community service for intellectual disabilities people and provides service for more than 120 trainees by now,including Intellectual Disabilities,Down's syndrome,Autism.Currently at Beijing Huiling, there are 1 workshop,4 day centers and 6 families ,one care center for orphans,providing services for about 70 trainees(we call the intellectual disabilities "Trainees" .Some of the trainees are poor family because the special situation,so we always look for some people "one to one sponsor "them.
