朝天蹬 (Cháo Tiān Dēng) - Heel to Heaven 🔥

This is one of the foundational moves of 童子功 (Tóng Zǐ Gōng), the “Children’s Training” that can only be developed when the body is young and still supple.

朝 (Cháo) — facing / toward
天 (Tiān) — heaven / sky
蹬 (Dēng) — to kick / to stomp upward

🎥招止园李師伯

The practitioner stands on one leg, raises the other heel toward the sky, and holds it steady beside the head, guard hand extended in a knife-hand position (立掌, Lì Zhǎng).
