Rescue never stops. Space, time, availability, money, donations, volunteers, food, passion this is what it takes to rescue and rescue with success. On January 5th Spirit was rescued from the side of the street ribs showings hip bones showing very scared and afraid. It took me a few minutes but a roast beef sandwich i had in the truck changed his mind. Bear rescued on May 26th darting back and forth in the street blocking the road so I pulled over and got out and noticed he was a starving puppy so afraid of the environment I figured someone must had just dropped him off. Took me 20 minutes and all the treats I had in the truck just to get him close enough to catch him. Once I got him he was just screaming till I got him to the truck and he saw Spirit in the truck and Spirit must had said something in dog to him. Since that day Spirit and I rescued Bear these two are attached to each other.
