Meet Mio - from showing up to her first auction where she knew no one, to opening up her home monthly to host events, Mio has (and continues to be) a shining light in our community. We ❤️ you Mio!!

Clothing Auction Network - The concept is simple.
1. Invite a bunch of women to your home.
2. Everyone brings a plate of food/drink and their unwanted clothing in good condition.
3. Eat, drink, try of clothes, laugh!
4. The auction starts - bidding opens low - $1, highest bid wins!
5. Everyone goes home with ‘new’ (to them) clothes, good memories, new friends, money goes to charity.

Meet Bec, Founder of the Clothing Auction Network, and Alana. After leaving Beijing to move to a new job in Shanghai, Alana established TWO chapters… first - the Shanghai network, and then the Botogá network whe she transferred there for work.

Both networks are still going strong, while back here in Beijing we are so glad to have her back! Here we both are at a local Shunyi auction # seeing each other for the first time in YEARS!

Thanks for sharing the love, growing community, and reducing the fashion carbon-footprint. 💕

Welcome to the Clothing Auction Network!

We are a grassroots movement, that has spread out of it's birth place in Beijing, China, and you can now find events around the globe.
Started in 2014, it grew out of a passion for community, concious fashion (clothing swaps), while raising a bit of money for charity.

We could never have predicted how successful these home-based events would be, and the life-long friendships that come out of it (perhaps that's got something to do with getting down to your un**es with strangers??)
