Additionally Members of the China Better Business Bureau adhere to the following conditions:
Have been in business for six months immediately preceding the membership application date. Are free from any criminal action that materially affects the reliability of the business. Have paid dues as determined by the Board of Directors. Have not engaged in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices as determined by China Better Business Bureau, and not engage in any practice or activity which bear unfavorably on China Better Business Bureau’s reputation. Use the China Better Business Bureau name, initials and logo in accordance with China Better Business Bureau policy. Have supplied background information about the company, its principals and employees, and other information China Better Business Bureau needs in order to provide inquirers with factual reports relating to the reliability of the business. Have promptly and thoroughly responded to any and all complaints forwarded by China Better Business Bureau to the company and for which China Better Business Bureau deems to be material, in its sole judgment, and to make a good faith effort to resolve such disputes. Cooperates with China Better Business Bureau in eliminating the underlying cause(s) of serious and/or patterns of complaints.
