59 years of pride & progress 💎🇧🇼. During the celebrations , BECO honored our heroes the 400m relay team that recently made history in Japan, a monumental achievement. BECO members gathered in Zhenjiang City signed to honour to the World Champs 🏆 for raising the falg high🇧🇼 🇧🇼 Proof that Batswana shines on the world stage.

Botswana’s Spirit Shines at Wuhan University!

Our booth at the International Cultural Festival that was held on 18-19 November 2023, was a celebration of our heritage.

From the enchanting ‘ditlatlana’ to the irresistible flavors of phane, mosutlwane, and morogo wa dinawa, we brought a piece of Botswana to the heart of the festival. Our Batswana students were the perfect ambassadors, sharing our culture with a global audience.

The love for our food and artefacts was overwhelming, especially phane, which disappeared quickly due to popular demand!

Thank you to the thousands who joined us in this cultural extravaganza! 🇧🇼🌏
