🩸 Every number tells a story.
More than 7.74 million people worldwide are living with sickle cell disease, according to the World Health Organization. Behind these numbers are warriors fighting pain, stigma, fatigue, and daily health challenges — often silently.

For girls and women living with sickle cell disease, menstrual health can bring even more physical and emotional difficulties. Yet, these conversations are still too often ignored. 💔

Awareness is not just for warriors and their families. It is a shared responsibility for all of us: to listen, learn, support, and create safer spaces for those living with the condition. 🤝

Scaling impact😊

Our improved data analysis system now permits us to measure data accurately. Through pre and post workshop surveys, our team is able to assess the needs of the people we train and evaluate the effectiveness of the trainings.

The numbers from this system show that participants at our workshop in Buea left the session more informed and inspired to advocate for better Practices in their communities.

🤗we remain committed to innovating to better serve the communities engage with.
