“Why is he always angry?”
“Why doesn’t he listen?”
“Why can’t he just talk to me?”

These are questions many parents are quietly asking about their sons.

Not because they are bad boys…
But because they are growing up confused, pressured, and unsure of how to express themselves.

Some shut down.
Some become aggressive.
Some follow the wrong crowd—just to belong.

And as a parent, you feel it…
👉 “This is not the boy I know he can become.”

That’s exactly why we created the Positive Masculinity Bootcamp.

A safe, structured space where boys (12–17) are guided, mentored, and equipped with real-life skills to become confident, respectful, and responsible young men.

And remember… these are only the cases that were reported. 👆🏽👆🏽👆🏽👆🏽

Statistics like these should make all of us pause and reflect. Violence does not appear overnight. It grows from attitudes, beliefs, emotional wounds, and behaviors that were never addressed.

This is exactly why Mamun International focuses on raising children intentionally and supporting healthier mindsets and mental well-being.

If we want a better tomorrow, we must focus on the people who will live in that tomorrow — our children.

The boys we raise today will become the men of tomorrow.
The girls we raise today will become the women of tomorrow.

If we teach them empathy, respect, emotional intelligence, and healthy ways to handle conflict, we build a safer society.

Parenting is not just responsibility. It is nation building.

What do you think we must start teaching our children today so that tomorrow can be different?

Let’s talk.

Today is International Women’s Day — a day that celebrates the progress made by women across generations.

But it is also a moment for reflection.

The women who came before us fought courageously so that women today could vote, work, earn their own income, access education, open bank accounts, and make decisions about their own bodies and lives. Their sacrifices created opportunities that many women now benefit from.

Yet the reality remains that many women around the world are still facing serious challenges.

Many continue to suffer from domestic violence.
Many are still victims of sexual abuse and discrimination.
Many struggle silently with mental health challenges and lack of safe support systems.

International Women’s Day is therefore not only about celebration — it is also about responsibility.

It is a reminder to ask an important question:

What legacy are the women of today leaving for the women of tomorrow?

Progress must continue. Awareness must grow. And collective action is still needed to build a world where every woman and girl can live in dignity, safety, and opportunity.

At Mamun International, this day is an opportunity to honor the women who fought before us, support the women of today, and commit to building a better future for the generations to come.

Emotional intelligence is NOT being weak. 🔥
It is being strong enough to understand yourself.
It is being wise enough to manage your emotions.
It is being skilled enough to handle people — even difficult ones — without losing yourself.
That is STRENGTH. 💪
And here is the beautiful part —
It is a skill. You can LEARN it.
You can GROW it.
You can PASS IT ON. 🌱
Imagine this:
You build your emotional intelligence.
You teach it to your children.
They teach it to their children.
Generation by generation —
the world slowly fills with people who are kinder,
more empathetic, more understanding.
That is the world I am working towards.
That is why I do this work every single day.
Start today. Not tomorrow. TODAY.
Your emotional intelligence journey begins with a single decision. 🙌

Nkolbisson. Yaounde. A woman. Three children. One tragedy.

A mother and her children are gone. Not because they lacked love, but because pain, abandonment, emotional neglect, and untreated mental distress reached a breaking point.

This is not just a personal story.
It is a collective failure.

When betrayal becomes constant, when emotional abuse is normalized, when women are left in emotional and financial insecurity, when mental health support is inaccessible, and when men are never taught accountability, empathy, and responsibility — tragedy becomes more likely.

This is why positive masculinity matters.
This is why mental health awareness matters.

Being a man is not about domination, cheating, or emotional absence.
Being a man is about presence, responsibility, emotional intelligence, and protection.

And being a society means creating safe spaces for women to speak, for men to heal, and for families to receive support before they break.

No woman should feel so trapped, so unheard, so alone, that death appears to be the only escape.
No child should pay the price of adult failure.

This tragedy must wake us up.

We need:
• Stronger mental health support
• Parenting and relationship education
• Responsible fatherhood
• Emotional intelligence training
• Safe spaces for women and families

Because prevention is always better than mourning.

May their souls rest in peace.
And may we finally start having the difficult but necessary conversations.

Many people ask:
“What exactly is Mamun International about?”

Today we talk about the boy child and positive masculinity.
Tomorrow we talk about mental health.
Another day, we talk about parenting, families, values, and emotional healing.

So people get confused.

But in truth, everything we do is connected.

At Mamun International, our core mission is simple:
👉 To build strong, healthy families — because the family unit is the foundation of society.

The family is the smallest unit of society, yet it is the most powerful.
It is inside families that men and women are formed.
It is inside families that values, confidence, emotional stability, and identity are built.

If the family unit is broken,
what it sends into society are broken men and women.
And when society is filled with broken adults, we see the results:
violence, abuse, addiction, emotional instability, broken relationships, and lost generations.

This is why we work on:

The boy child & positive masculinity —
to raise emotionally balanced, responsible, respectful, and stable men.

Mental health & emotional wellbeing —
to help parents and individuals heal, grow, and regain balance.

Parenting & family guidance —
to equip families with the tools to raise healthy children in healthy environments.

Because mentally healthy parents raise emotionally healthy children.
And emotionally healthy children become stable adults.

Everything we do boils down to one mission:
👉 Building strong families to build a better society.

This is the fight of Mamun International.
This is our vision.
This is our purpose.

Because when families are healed,
society is healed.

There is a trauma many people carry but rarely name: the father wound.

A father wound is formed when a father is absent—emotionally, physically, or both—and fails to meet what a child needed to feel seen, loved, protected, and guided.

For girls, when a father is not present to say “I love you,” “You are enough,” “You are my princess,” she grows up searching for validation, often accepting less than she deserves because the standard was never set.

For boys, when a father is absent, there is no model of manhood—no one to show him how to become a husband, a protector, a father. He grows up trying to figure life out alone, carrying wounds he may never know how to name.

These wounds don’t disappear with age.
They show up in marriages, parenting, leadership, and identity.

The role of a father is irreplaceable.
Presence is not optional—it is foundational.

Healing begins when we acknowledge the wound and choose to break the cycle.

Let’s talk about it. Let’s do better.

There is a painful conversation we don’t have enough—the sexual abuse of boys.

Many boys are violated in childhood and never speak about it. Society often dismisses it, minimizes it, or treats it as “nothing serious.” But trauma does not disappear because it was ignored. It follows the child into adulthood.

Unaddressed childhood abuse can later show up as emotional withdrawal, hypersexual behavior, difficulty with intimacy, anger, silence, or broken relationships. These boys grow into men—husbands, fathers, leaders—still carrying wounds they never had the language or safety to name.

This is not weakness. This is trauma.

If we are serious about healthier families and societies, we must create safe spaces for boys and men to speak, heal, and seek professional support without shame. A man’s mental health affects his family—and by extension, the society he leads.

Silence does not protect anyone. Awareness does.
