Breaking news in New Zealand 🇳🇿. Starting December 8th 2025, two new seasonal work visas will be added under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) which includes 👇🏻👇🏻
1- Seasonal Work Visa (7 months)
2- Global Workforce Seasonal Visa (3 years)
1- SEASONAL WORK VISA👇🏻 INCLUDES 👇🏻
- unskilled and short-term seasonal roles.
- valid for up to 7 months stay.
- You Need at least 1 season's relevant experience in past 3 years. ( At least 3 months experience )
- Must take a 4-month break outside NZ before reapplying 👌🏼👌🏼.
2- GLOBAL WORKFORCE SEASONAL VISA (GWSV)
- This is for skilled seasonal workers
- You can stay for up to 3 years
- Must have worked 3 seasons in past 6 years
- No English test or Labour Market Test
- Must spend at least 3 months outside NZ each year
- You can switch to other visas at the end of your contract.
