On April 10, 2026, the expanded ACP-EU Development Minerals Programme’s Country Working Group (CWG) advanced the development of a Roadmap for a National Critical Minerals Strategy.

This high-level stakeholders’ dialogue explored governance, responsible investment for sustainable development, & regional opportunities.

It brought together key actors across sectors, including the Ministry of Mines of 🇨🇲, other government institutions, private sector actors, development partners, UNDP, the European Union Delegation 🇨🇲, and technical experts. including representatives from & the Uganda Chamber of Mines.

Reviving farms🌱, Rebuilding Lives

In the 🇨🇲, abandoned farms are coming back to life as conflict-affected communities rebuild their livelihoods.

With training, farm rehabilitation, and community support through -NW/SW, farmers, especially women and youth are returning to their farms & restoring agricultural production.
