**LEADING THE CHANGE IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION**

The First Batch of Hotel Management and Catering (HMC) graduates has spoken — and Chiamukong Valeri Mbu and Akwo Janet Mbei are proof of what modern vocational training in Cameroon should look like.

Both graduates successfully defended their End of Training Projects on 1 August 2026, before a distinguished jury panel, under the supervision of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP) and the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure.

**This is not just graduation. This is a statement.** At a time when Cameroon's job market demands practical, industry-ready skills, VTC-NISUDEV is proving that world-class professional training can be built right here — combining rigorous academics with hands-on hospitality expertise.

**Chiamukong Valeri Mbu and Akwo Janet Mbei represent the new standard of the modern Cameroonian professional** — disciplined, well-trained, confident under scrutiny, and fully prepared to compete in hospitality and catering on any stage.

**VTC-NISUDEV is not just training students. We are setting the pace for professional education in Cameroon.**

Congratulations, Valeri and Janet. The industry is ready for you — and you are ready for it.

Cameroon's job market is calling for skilled, work-ready talent — and Nsahnyuy Rene is answering that call.

Rene just successfully defended his End of Training Project, "Quality Food Services and Healthy Living," as part of the First Batch of Hotel Management and Catering (HMC) graduates at VTC-NISUDEV, under the supervision of MINEFOP and the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training.

From the training kitchens of VTC-NISUDEV to the professional hospitality floor, Rene now carries hands-on culinary and food service expertise, a strong foundation in health and safety standards, the discipline and confidence to defend real-world research, and practical, industry-ready skills employers can trust.

**This is what happens when Education meets Entrepreneurship — one of our core pillars at NISUDEV.** We don't just train students; we build professionals ready to fill real gaps in Cameroon's growing hospitality and tourism industry.

**Rene, we're proud of you. Go show the industry what VTC-NISUDEV graduates are made of.**

A Historic Milestone for VTC-NISUDEV! 🎉

Yesterday marked a major turning point for VTC-NISUDEV as we successfully conducted the defense of our first batch of Hotel Management and Catering students under the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP).

It is worth noting that some of these students benefited from free professional training through Network For Innovation And Sustainable Development - Nisudev Scholarship Program, which supports vulnerable persons, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), in acquiring quality vocational skills.

We are pleased to announce that these scholarships will continue during our next intake for vulnerable persons and IDPs who wish to pursue professional training and build sustainable careers.

This achievement reflects our commitment to promoting quality vocational education, empowering communities, and creating opportunities for those who need them most.

👏 Congratulations to all our graduates! We are proud of your dedication and wish you every success in your professional journey. ND Resturant, Pinorich Hotel Mboppi Restaurant Le Calixte Lounge
