Le 4 août 2026 à Brazzaville, Mme Nathalie Lum, Chairwoman du CABEF, s’est entretenue avec S.E. Farid Ghezali, Secrétaire Général de l’APPO.
Les échanges ont porté sur la coopération entre l’APPO, le CABEF et la CEMAC afin d’accélérer la concrétisation du CAPS. La prochaine signature d’un contrat-cadre devrait marquer une étape décisive pour ce projet énergétique régional.
