We keep empowering our Mbororo Indigenous Women and girls of Yolo Village with skills for financial autonomy. Training them to transform soya beans into soy beef. We all know that soya beans is very nutritive good for children and adults. The women can use this soy beef to prepare their meals in the place of animal beef. of This activity was carried out with the support and collaboration of our partner CLARLIFI/RRI.

Training Indigenous Mbororo Women of Yolo Village to produce Vaseline and lip balm for economic empowerment. This is part of the training on business creation, management and transformation of local products. Our objective is to equip the Indigenous Women with practical skills to produce what they can use and sell in their communities. We are doing this activity under the project climate resilience and economic empowerment of Mbororo Indigenous Women, with the support and collaboration of our partner CLARIFI/RRI.

We took part in the COP30 in Belem, Para State of Brazil where we advocated for Indigenous Solutions to climate change. Integration of Indigenous Knowledge, respect of Free Prior and Informed Consent of IPs, secured land and territorial rights, direct access to climate finance amongst others.

Economic empowerment part 2
Training Indigenous Mbororo Women of Yolo Community to produce liquid soap, savon, and Omo. They learnt how to package and brand their products. These are items they can use in their homes and sell in local markets to generate income. Let's continue empowering our women.

This activity is carried out with the support of our partners, CLARIFI/RRI, as part of the implementation of the Brazzaville roadmap on direct access to finance for Indigenous women.

Climate resilience and economic empowerment of Mbororo Indigenous Mbororo women.

The Mbororo Indigenous women of Yolo village of the West Region of Cameroon were trained on business creation, management and transformation of local products. They were trained to transform fresh cow milk into yoghurt. They can consume this yoghurt and sell it in their communities for income generation. They were equally given yoghurt production materials as startup captial to continue producing and selling what they have learnt.

Back to school 2025 in Yolo Village, West Region of Cameroon.

IPSD-Cameroon empowering Indigenous Mbororo Girls and Boy through education. The school children were given school bags with books, pens, pencils, rulers, erasers, and sharpeners. The Mbororo parents and children were sensitized on the importance of education of the girl child. As Nelson Mandela said, "Education is the most powerful tool we can use to change the world". Indeed,
education can change Indigenous communities.
This activity is carried out with the support and collaboration of CLARIFI/RRI.

Strenthening capacities of Indigenous Mbororo Women in Yolo Village in the West Region of Cameroon on climate change adaptation and mitigation. The women were drilled on the causes of climate change, effects and strategies to adapt to this global crisis. There were discussion on the importance of Indigenous knowledge in climate action, the monitoring and reading our environment and climate through local indicators for disaster and risk prevention as well as the role of the knowledge holders especially women in the preservation and transmission of Indigenous knowledge for use by the current and future generation. This project is carried out with the support and collaboration of our partners CLARIFI/RRI (Rights and Resources Initiatives).
