One Young World Leading Scholarship 2026

Looking for your next global leadership opportunity?

Applications are now open for the One Young World Leading Scholarship 2026, a fully funded opportunity for outstanding young leaders to attend the One Young World Summit in Cape Town, South Africa (3–6 November 2026).

The scholarship is designed for young people aged 18–35 who are creating positive change in their communities through leadership, innovation, social impact, entrepreneurship, or advocacy. Successful applicants will receive full Summit access, accommodation, meals, and travel support.

Some people leave their mark through words. Others do so by ensuring that every detail behind the scenes is carefully in place. Meet Lyna Nzamba.

Lyna is a Master's student in International Communication and Public Action at the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC). She currently serves as the Assistant Secretary General of the Commonwealth Club of IRIC, where she supports the Secretariat in coordinating administrative tasks, preparing official documents, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the Club's activities.

Drawn by the Commonwealth's commitment to sustainable development, democracy, and freedom of expression, Lyna joined the Club with the desire to grow in an environment that promotes dialogue, leadership, and meaningful engagement.

Beyond academics, she is a creative mind with a passion for culinary arts, tourism, public speaking, and entrepreneurship. Her dream is to travel the world, discover new cultures, establish an international tourism agency that showcases the richness of Gabon and Africa, and one day turn her greatest passion into reality by opening her own pastry business.

Being part of the Commonwealth Club of IRIC has enabled Lyna to build valuable professional connections while strengthening her teamwork, resilience, and commitment to serving others. For her, every experience is an opportunity to grow, and she believes this journey is only the beginning of even greater adventures.

Fun Fact: If she's not exploring new ideas, you'll probably find her dreaming about her next travel destination, or perfecting a delicious pastry recipe. ✈️🍰

Looking back, last Friday's Salon du Jeune Entrepreneur de l'ENSY was more than a workshop, it was an afternoon of ideas, innovation, and meaningful exchanges.

The workshop brought together students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and innovators around a shared commitment to creativity, initiative, and the promotion of the Made in Cameroon spirit.

As a partner in this initiative, we were delighted to be part of the conversations, connections, and experiences that made the event both enriching and inspiring.

Beyond the presentations and exhibitions, the event served as a reminder of the talent, potential, and entrepreneurial drive that exist within our youth community.

We extend our appreciation to the organizers, participants, and everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative.

📢 A quick update for everyone interested in the Salon du Jeune Entrepreneur de l'ENSY.

The event has been rescheduled and will now take place on Friday, 5 June 2026.

While we were looking forward to today's gathering, the new date gives us another opportunity to prepare for what promises to be an inspiring platform for entrepreneurship, innovation, and the Made in Cameroon spirit.
