Yesterday in Yaoundé, something more than a meeting took place.

A room filled with men and women from different walks of life gathered around one common purpose—to discover how God can use their Leadership, Influence, Finances, and Expertise (L.I.F.E.) to advance His Kingdom.

IGNITE is more than an event.
It is a movement.

A movement that reminds us that every believer has a role to play in fulfilling the Great Commission—not only by going, but also by empowering those who are called to reach the nations.

Throughout the session, participants were challenged to see their careers, businesses, networks, resources, and professional skills as powerful tools in God's hands. Together, we reflected on how ordinary acts of obedience can become extraordinary investments in eternity.

As Campus Crusade for Christ continues to raise disciples who make disciples, IGNITE calls each of us to ask one important question:

"How can my L.I.F.E. make an eternal impact?"

Theme: “The wise man wins souls” – Proverbs 11:30b

🙏 Day 5 – Friday: Obstacles to Evangelization
Today we reflect on the challenges that hinder the spread of the Gospel.
📖 “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers.” – 2 Corinthians 4:4
📖 “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood.” – Ephesians 6:12
📖 “God has not given us a spirit of timidity.” – 2 Timothy 1:7

💡 Prayer Focus:
• Pray against fear and discouragement.
• Ask the Lord for resilience and perseverance in the face of trials and persecution.
• Lift up especially our brothers and sisters in the northern region, that they may stand firm in faith.

🔥 Let us unite in prayer and fasting, believing that every obstacle to evangelization will be broken, and that the light of Christ will shine brighter in our communities.

• To be filled with the Holy Spirit in order to bear witness.
• To receive boldness and wisdom.

- Do I have a clear vision and plan for sustainable discipleship?
- Do I know the teachings, trainings, and materials required to achieve this?
- Do I master the process and stages where these materials are to be used in building sustainable disciples?

🔥 As we continue this journey of fasting and prayer, let us open our hearts to the Spirit’s power. May His presence strengthen us to speak boldly, live wisely, and shine as true witnesses of Christ.
