🌍 CABTAL Missional Complex – Testimony
After having a nice time at the CABTAL Missional Complex, Dr. Kouamo shares his experience:

Every Verse Matters
The Kwa translation team is carefully checking the book of Acts to ensure God's Word is accurate, clear, and natural in the Kwa language. Their work goes far beyond translation. They wrestle with finding the right words for biblical concepts while overcoming challenges such as unreliable electricity, long travel distances, limited personnel, and poor internet connectivity.
Using tools like Paratext and working together with patience and precision, Rita Fotso, a Bible Translation Consultant is helping them make Scripture accessible to their community.
Let's pray for the Kwa team as they continue this important work. May God grant them wisdom, endurance, and the resources they need to bring His Word to every heart in the language people understand best.

When Mr. Peter heard that the Koffa Bible translation team was working in Magba, he did not hesitate. Leaving home with his son, he came to encourage the translators whose work has brought God's Word closer to the Koffa people.
The team had traveled for several days from their home area because of the ongoing crisis affecting Koffa. They came to meet with a Bible translation consultant to check their latest draft in a safe environment.
Peter's visit was simple but meaningful. By bringing his son with him, he demonstrated that supporting Bible translation is a responsibility to be passed from one generation to the next.
After observing the translation work, Peter expressed his gratitude for the team's perseverance.
"When I heard the translators were here, I rushed to greet them and to bring my small encouragement to the team," he said.
His words encouraged the translators, who have continued their work despite the challenges created by insecurity. Peter's visit also reflected the growing sense of ownership among Koffa speakers as they look forward to receiving the New Testament in their own language.
With the translation complete and the New Testament now in the typesetting stage, the Koffa community is drawing closer to the day when they will be able to read God's Word in the language that speaks most deeply to their hearts.
